Kwik Composter Accelerator-:

This is a compact organic waste composting machine installed with heaters, and it uses aerobic composting technology. This machine is on of the most affordable composting solutions in the society. It is most suitable to sectors that are majorly constrained by composting space and time.

With this machine, the composting process happens much faster compared to other similar composting machines. Its operating costs are relatively lower compared to other heater based machines.

There are five model variations of this machine. Their respective specifications are outlined as follows.

KCA25 – this model can compost a maximum of 30 kilograms of organic waste per day. It needs to be connected to 4.67kw and its space requirement is 920mm high, 960mm wide and 1200mm long.

KCA50 – this model is fully automatic, and it is a bio-mechanical composter. By the end of the conversion process, the original volume of organic waste will have been reduced by about 70 – 80%. This is a batch composting machine that converts up to 50 kilograms of organic waste per day. It requires a 3 phase electrical power supply with a connected load of 5kw. The size of space required for its installation is 1055mm high, 800mm wide, and 1525mm in length.

It is important to note that the above specifications may change with future advancements in technology. The machine can be customized to suit the specific needs of various clients in the society.

Re-engineered Traditional Composting Technology (RTCT)-:

The society may consist of clients that require large scale composting services. These may include large corporations, markets, and educational institutions. In response to these needs, Earth Care Equipments Pvt Ltd has re-engineered their traditional composting technology for the purpose of large scale composting in a manner that is eco-friendly.

The quantity of organic waste that can be composted by the RTCT is in the range of 5MT TO 25MT. This technology is mainly intended for the treatment of solid waste.

The key features of this technology are-:

Its foot print is small.

Its space requirement is relatively small. For instance, the one that can compost10MT of solid organic waste requires about 2000 square feet.

This technology is designed to serve as a complete solution for segregation, shredding and composting of organic waste.

Its operating costs are relatively lower.

It is a micro-organisms based technology.

It is designed to include both air and bio filtration systems.

It also does leachate treatment.

Considering the many different members of the society, it is expected that a lot of organic waste is generated. The waste is bound to differ in terms of quantity and type.  It is necessary that the type of machine required to treat the waste is flexible enough to deal with the dynamics of the society. It is therefore not advisable to recommend a particular type or model of a machine for this purpose.

There are various types of machines that the different members of the society can consider in order to deal with their waste management problems. From the small capacity machines that can compost 25 kilograms to large capacity ones that can compost 25MT of organic waste. The KC, KCA, and the RTCT models from Earth Care Equipments Pvt. Ltd are quite popular in the industry.

It is projected that as the needs of the society change, the machine innovators will strive to innovate improved technologies that would match the changes, and consequently meet the needs of the society.
